We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, team and league membership, player availability, RSVP responses, substitute availability, and app activity needed to run league operations.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, manage rosters, schedule games, send RSVP reminders, notify players about substitute opportunities, share lineup or schedule updates, and provide account-related support.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to SMS, Hoosin may send recurring text messages related to your team activity, including game reminders, RSVP requests, substitute requests, roster updates, captain alerts, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
We collect SMS consent during onboarding with an unchecked checkbox that links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Hoosin, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, customer support, and messaging providers. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices
You can request updates to your account information, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and contact us about privacy questions or data requests.
