Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Hoosin and its account, messaging, and team-management features.
Use of service
Hoosin is provided for hockey league, team, roster, scheduling, attendance, and related coordination purposes. You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and contact information.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and phone number associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Hoosin related to team activity, including game reminders, RSVP prompts, substitute requests, roster updates, captain alerts, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable conduct
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or use Hoosin to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive communications.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hoosin is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, and Hoosin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
